Kimberley's journey as a Social Worker and Therapist has been shaped not only by my professional experiences but also by my own lived experience.  This personal connection to trauma has deepened my understanding of its profound effects and strengthened my commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed care.

She has held significant roles including National Manager for First Nations Wellbeing & Healing at Headspace National, Statewide Practice Leader at VACCA, Senior Counsellor & Coordinator for Indigenous Health & Wellbeing at La Trobe University, focusing on culturally appropriate clinical services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Previous positions include Senior Aboriginal Clinician at Berry Street, Acting Principal Practitioner at the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA), and substantial contributions to various organisations dedicated to supporting vulnerable Aboriginal children, families and communities.

Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Postgraduate Certificate in Narrative Therapy
